I am a Montreal-based naturopathic and homeopathic practitioner. I have been influenced by the rhythms of a holistic lifestyle from an early age. I am extremely passionate about health and maximizing the human body’s remarkable potential for self-healing from the inside out. I possess degrees in homeopathy and naturopathy from various world-class institutions. For the past 15 years, I have specialized in intestinal and digestive disorders, and I have helped thousands of people to get their health back and improve their quality of life.
As I continued to research, learn, and expand my knowledge and understanding of the body-mind-spirit connection over the years, I realized that profound healing is more than just changing your diet or taking the right supplements; it is about healing yourself on all levels, including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. I strongly believe that the cure to illness lies in understanding the cause of disease and returning the body, mind, and soul to their natural equilibrium.

Symptoms of digestive disorders obviously vary from condition to condition and from person to person. However, some symptoms are common to most gastrointestinal problems. Common symptoms include: Fatigue, heaviness, bloating, belching, flatulence, reflux, heartburn, constipation, diarrhea, nausea, engorged liver, pain or cramps in the belly...
Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) is a serious condition affecting the small intestine. It occurs when there is an increase in the bacterial population in the small intestine. These bacteria may be found in small amounts in other parts of the gut and eliminated regularly. This causes pain and diarrhea. It can also lead to malnutrition, as the bacteria start to use up the body’s nutrients.
Leaky Gut Syndrome
Leaky gut is thought to be damage to the lining of the small intestine, causing nutrients, bacteria, and toxic waste products to leak out of the intestine into the blood stream. Foreign substances entering the blood could then cause an autoimmune response in the body.
Candida syndrome (or chronic candidiasis) is a yeast overgrowth that can lead to several severe symptoms, including gas and bloating skin abnormalities, muscle aches, and even psychological symptoms such as mood swings and lapses in attention.
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is a disorder characterized by extreme fatigue or tiredness that doesn’t go away with rest and can’t be explained by an underlying medical condition.
Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a common disorder that affects the large intestine. Signs and symptoms include cramping, abdominal pain, bloating, gas, and diarrhea or constipation, or both. IBS is a chronic condition that you'll need to manage long term.
